I bought myself a toy for Christmas. The Rayzar antenna sits on top where the old bat wing antenna was. The amp replaces the OEM amp. All I do is press a button and the antenna automatically locates the direction with the most OTA channels. After training, just press a button to find a clear antenna position for any channel. No more remembering to lower the bat wing.

In the process of changing the antenna, I also fixed an issue that has bothered me for months. The cable connection on the outside of the RV hasn't worked since last April. Finally, even the bat wing wan't working. It turned out to be a bad cable. The one between the amp and the "one to three" converter behind the microwave. All the problems due to a bad 2 ft RF cable.
