This was a major selling point for us as well but unfortunately Thor screwed us and built ours on a 2017 E350 chassis and sent us title work as a 2018 (E350 is now the standard for 2018). When we inquired about the issue they just blew us off and won't talk with us. #ThorLacksIntegrity Too bad they didn't make things right with us. I guarantee I've turned more people away in sales then it would have cost them to make it right! And I'm far from over it...
