You can remove the shower head and take out the reducer. Most shower heads have a plastic reducer inside to restrict the water flow. This may not be true of the one in your RV if it is special made for the Rv industry. This is assuming your water pressure is adequate from your pump or water source as should be seen at your other faucets.
