I was able to put the strap in a vice and reshape it. Replaced it on the right side and locktited it. The left side rear strap was loose. The bottom bolt was backed out. I was able to take it out with my fingers.

Now I have to check the front sway bar. I will report back.

Checked the front sway bar and it is ok.
