I also had a screw beginning to pop up in the vinyl floor in the main walkway. Rather than having the dealer make a repair that I wouldn't be happy with, I did it myself. I used an X-acto knife to cut a slit around the screw head, carefully pulled the tiny piece of vinyl back, unscrewed the screw, filled the screw hole in with wood filler, put the screw back in, and then used several drops of Gorilla super glue to glue the vinyl piece back over the screw head. I was very pleased with how it turned out. You would have to know that it was there to detect it.
