Go to Amazon and search for RV flagpoles, lots of different lengths and mounting options. There are some poles that mount on the ladder and some that have a plate you drive on to hold them up. I like the ladder mounts, attach the mount more or less permanently, pole then attaches when you want to use it, very simple and works well.
