Oh, we are just jealous of your mountains, coastlines, trees, many national and state parks, deserts and of course San Francisco wif DE world famous Lombard street. And maybe when I stop caring about the amount of the medical bill, since I won't care, I'll have my surgery done at Stanford Medical center in SF. They have a hospital food menu....5 stars!
