That's because you (hopefully) have a pressure regulator attached to your hose, and it might be need to either be replaced or cleaned out. You can try cleaning it by backwashing it. Sometimes it works ... sometimes not so much.

The regulator is new and I tried with and without it
Try it and see if it is better for you?
