It seems unlikely that there is something wrong with the camera and at the same time the directional light stopped working. There has to be a trigger circuit that turns on the turn camera. Perhaps the trigger wire and feed to the front directional light have become disconnected. They both have to be energized when the right signal is turned on. I don't know where the trigger wire is located.
