Looking at your GCWR of 15,250 lbs, I doubt you have 5,000 lbs of capacity left when you are loaded. The hitch may be rated at 5,000 lbs but that doesn't mean the MH can pull that much. My Chateau has a 8,000 lbs hitch but can really only pull around 6,500-7,000 lbs with what is left of the GCWR. I suggest getting your MH weighed then decide if you can pull it. Salesmen have been wrong before.
