What toad to tow is subject to personal preferences: One person's best will not be the same thing as someone else's. It is also different for different coaches based on weight rating.
Another consideration is how will you be towing? Trailer, Dolly, Flat?
Jeeps are a very popular choice for ease of setup and towing.
I usually recommend a handful of Ford's (since I used to work there in a prior life): Focus, C-Max Energi or Hybrid, Fusion Energi or Hybrid (the Energi variants also have the feature that you can charge them up at the campground--I do mine--and you're good for about 20 miles on electricity alone but they are heavy). All of these can be flat towed.
