I have the portable Flojet and use it to pump into the home sewage system when we come home from dry camping. I pump it probably 3 or 4 feet to the top of the clean-out. I like the ability to flush the system. One caution if you have the hose connected and fresh water on, do not shut the gate valves with pump turn off.
