I called Thor to see if there was an approved solution --there wasn't- but gained authorization for my dealership to provide a solution --which they did. I see how that could be an issue. I think I will just cut a piece of wood to size to fill that area. Going to add the vent covers next week, that will give me something to do until a trip comes up. I set a warranty repair appointment up with my dealer a couple months ago but I have been tinkering and have everything in pretty good order now so I can actually cancel the appointment.
Have any of you folks aligned the front end or had it checked out?
