But the lock you are quoting has the zinc bolt. What is the use of fixing an issue with the exact same part that caused the issue.
I get it. This upsets me too. Thor and/or Trimark should offer a cheaper solution.
And what is worse, by fixing it myself I am not able to file a safety complaint. But I can live with that.
