We've also noticed a lot Honda CRV's are being towed these days. 2013 or older. Newer than 2013 can't be towed due to the CVT transmission.
I also have a Smart I bought for towing for the same reasons. What did it cost to have the base plate installed? I am trying to find a place to do the install.
