Plug into shore power, put a voltmeter on your batteries - they should read at least 13.0 VDC. Open the breakers one at a time giving 5 to 10 minutes of off time for battery voltage to drop. Your distribution panel is also supposed to have a label describing which breakers power which circuits, but I wouldn't trust it until you verified it.
