Used to be much nicer. I'm a 4th generation native that finally got run out. California in the 60's and 70's was a much different place.
Colorado is much like that, but its heading towards the California of today. If it wasn't for the Texans.... They say Colorado is 30% native, 30% California escapees and 30% Texans. But nobody knows why the Texans are here given how fond Texans say they are of Texas.
The move to Denver involved the 1st grandchild, now 3. They are quite enamored with the motorhome, especially for breakfast in a warm place after Mom and Dad made them sleep in the tent.
