My backup camera WAS working when we ended our November trip, but was NOT working when we left three weeks ago for our January 9th trip. Still kaput so wondering what the next step will be. We bought the 3 year extended service plan for our 2012 Freedom Elite 28Z and it seems that this in NOT excluded, so should be covered. Guess we'll go hassle with Camping World to see how long this takes to fix.
