Anyone Changed out the stock steer wheels.

I was reading some posts about the 245/70R tires being designed for 7.5" rims and Ford is using 6.5". Causing excessive side flex. That is the problem I have noticed with my coach, if you push from side to side it acts much like a water bed! Has anyone replaced the stock steer rims for say Alcoa? Did it improve handling? Was it worth the $800 investment? I checked the Goodyear website and the tires are designed for 7.5" wide rims.
Thank you, safe travels and God Bless!
