Help in checking tire pressure

We are new Gemini owners. Can anyone give us advice on how to check our rear dual tire pressure? It appears that the tire stem extenders are behind the hubcaps. Do I have to remove the hubcaps each time I want to check the tire pressure and if needed fill? This seems to me like a lot of work. I saw a u tube of someone using a two sided chuck tire pressure gauge. Will this work on my Gemini, and might I be able to use a two sided head to fill without popping the hubcaps? Greg and Rachel from Iowa. Ps, we have the Ford Transit chassis
