I do the same. Some Campgrounds say one cord only. I see no problem as long as that second cord does not power anything inside of the RV.

I'm sure before long, some EE will be along to give everyone additional information befitting a doctorial dissertation about grounds, hots, neutrals, and phases and dangers therein.
