Hi there! Thank you for the heads-up. I did follow this thread and I also went out to the Crossroads Owner's Forum to see if he posted anything there. There's a much more extensive thread out there with constant updates. They were able to get to a resolution rather quickly after he posted on this site. Both companies got involved. The Rushmore factories checked their inventory and retrained their craftsmen. Lippert supposedly went to other rv manufacturers that use their systems to follow up also. At least that's what was reported in the forum.
