I have found then you have to lock the doors from the outside or it will beep at you if you hit the lock then close the door. I just close all the doors then touch the 7/8. 9/10 buttons at the same time, or the touch spot on top of the door handle.

If all went well when you look in the car a few minutes later everything will be off. If you open a door a Neutral tow mode message will appear in the message center.
