The clear tube is a vent. Look at your pump. There will be a shutoff from the tank to the pump. You first turn that off. Following the line to the pump, there will be a line capped off. Remove the cap. Fashion a hose to meet up with the threads of that line. That is where the antifreeze is supplied to the system.
