We have stayed here on several occasions. It is very nice and the amenities are very good. Pool is nice and heated in winter. Hot tub, laundry, etc are all high end. However, it is also pricey so you may want to join FMCA before you go to get the discount. We have stayed in all areas of the park at different times. The waterfront (small lagoon) is pretty but in my opinion not worth the extra money. They have a small dog park and close to restaurants. All sites are individually owned which will determine what it has on it for extras and how it is landscaped. Overall the park is beautiful and we will be back.
