While traveling last summer, we visited with a lady who was experiencing the same problem. She had pedal extensions installed on her motorhome. Don't know where she got them...but, they are out there.
I googled 'brake pedal extensions' ... there are plenty of links out there to help solve your problem. Amazon has many options.
