DocP Senior Member Brand: Still Looking Model: Georgetown 31L5 State: Ohio Posts: 269 THOR #6277	If you bend down and watch when you turn the key, you can actually see the lever turning. Make sure that you turn each key enough that both are actually unlatched. Then, as others have indicated, pull out and then up. After one or two tries, it will come naturally. __________________
