The breaker to the house batteries under the steps does not have anything to do with starting your engine - unless you are using the emergency start switch. Here are pics of the 100 amp breaker location in my Axis E450. If your engine battery is fully charged and you get no juice to the engine either this or a bad ground are probably your problem.
