As many others have said you may have legal recourse. It depends on your willingness to deal with the frustration, how much time you want to spend without use of your RV and the depth of your pockets if you lose.
I believe the best route is the factory. They have already acknowledged the issue and set a date so warranty should not be a problem. Everyone I have heard of that actually took it to Thor (not a dealer) was more than satisfied with the repairs.
