I would have gladly paid an additional $20,000 - $30,000 for the additional time to make sure things were done correctly the first time.
One thing I would really like to see Thor stand behind the product without having to go through a service center for everything. The thought of having to go through a service center (like CW) makes me sick to my stomach. I should be able to document and submit my own warranty requests.
