Have you looked behind the TV's (or even taken them off)? It is possible that the HDMI cables are not even plugged into the back of the TV (or plugged into the wrong spot). Another possibility is that the cables are pinched somewhere between the switch box and the TV's.

You could pick up something like this HDMI cable tester (Amazon) and check out your cables--you may even figure out which cable goes where LOL.

This guy (Amazon) is another option for a tester (although it looks like you'll need an extra cable as this one goes between your device and the cable).
