The thing to keep in mind is 20 days. The Thor warranty allows 20 days and then the owner is required to notify Thor, in writing, that the repair is not completed to their satisfaction. That letter, sent to the address in the warranty, puts Thor on notice and they are allowed one final attempt to make it right, provide a replacement or refund your purchase price less depreciation. If they refund the purchase price the owner must be able to turn over the unit to Thor, at that time, free of all liens (clear title). Thor is not required to pay off your bank loan or refund the cost of additional items purchased or financed such as tax, title fees, extended warranties etc...
