Assuming you've checked tire pressures. If one side is low, front, rear or both, could cause your unit to run toward the low side. Just FYI, we bought out '17 Axis last Aug. It's built on the Ford E450 chassis. Have nearly 4k miles on it now and have never had it aligned (yet)..It handles well and runs straight. I did add a TPMS and keep close watch on my tire pressures.
