Any Thor dealer carrying Vegas or Axis should be able to order that part. Have your VIN handy when you call. They prefer to have parts shipped to the dealer for you to pick up. (That way, they get you in the store to hopefully sell you something more.) You'll pay retail, probably plus shipping and tax.
Now after your comment, we'll all be checking our wheel mouldings!
