I have a 2016 Miramar and had the same problem. I found using a TP that is septic approved and allowing the pedal to snap closed solved my issue. It seems normal toilet paper would occasionally get stuck in the valve and shutting the valve quietly it wouldn't seat completely. I know it sounds weird but it worked.
