31 footer, and I have access to a sewer drain on my property... but it's about five feet higher than our driveway, and impossible to get the rig up to that level (Unless Lippert makes a model that I'm unaware of!)
We have power and water available by the drain also.
To drag a Caddy over to it would also be pretty easy: perhaps forty yards on level blacktop, and a small hill-climb on grass...
Given that circumstance: which one do you think might be handier?
Or perhaps more versatile?

Well, unless you are a lot younger than myself (61) I would be using my effortless pump lol. When we use to stay at our sons house, we had power and water but the sewer was on the other side of the house so we used about 75' of hose to pump it over there and is was a little up hill but not like yours. PLUS you can stay a lot cleaner
I hate cleaning the slinky out.
