rvfigs - gotta say that if it the charging stopped completely, I'd almost guess that it is a fuse or a breaker. I looked on the page #2 of the attached wiring diagram, there is a resettable breaker on the inbound side from the converter. If all of these are working properly, almost certainly is the converter/charger.
