I saw one picture in your thread that brings up a question. I see a dog sleeping basket in the passenger section of the cab, and it appears to be slid all the way up against the air return vent. Doesn't this create a problem for your air flow in the unit? Or do you have some method of preventing the basked from actually covering the return vent, and I just can't see it in the picture?

THe dog bed gets moved all the time. Even sitting in front of the return air I havent noticed a problem.
