Basically the insert was sagging while my wife was out on a trip and I was deployed, military. She and another guy used a jack to lift it and put those screws in the sidewall.
When looking at the pics the large screws you can see where the siding is cracked and continuing to break. Eventually it will sag enough to be a major problem. Already a large gap at the entry door when closed.
