The air bags will deflate if you put the jacks down, otherwise they should stay inflated unless you dump them. Sounds like something might be off with the ride height valves. The dash gauges for air pressure are the brake air tanks, not the air bags. Can't help with the TV or pantry, our seem to not be giving us the troubles you are having. The Def tanks are mounted too high and are a pain. I've found that I can use the jugs that have a long spout, and sometimes can get the nozzle in at truck stops, but not all the way. Thor says its a Freightliner issue, Freightliner says it was fine until Thor put the box on the chassis. So no one will do anything about it.
