I covered my windows in the same way. I also cut pieces for the other windows. We generally leave the top front windows covered as it seems to keep the glare down. I put small Velcro dots on the windows to keep them in place. It does keep the unit cooler. I did not think to cut one for the skylight. I will do that this week.
