I just watched a video on an Axis 24.1 where the owner removed the computer flip down desk, cut a section out of the plywood, and accessed the battery to remove and replace it.

He did not show that the oil filler cap was in this same area and would provide quick access when adding and/or changing the engine oil.

Has anyone tried this? Do you have photos and suggestions?

2015 Axis 24.1.

I wonder if the 24.1 has a little less access than 25.2. In the latter, there is room for a funnel and 1 qt bottle of oil.
