Ever hear of the "Owl Car Cam"? Has built in LTE and watches your vehicle constantly.

This is a pretty thorough review.

Might be a good idea for more than driving insurance. (I think I'd want to power it off a switch instead of just the OBD-II port since it would drain our batteries while in storage.)
