A couple of Axis/Vegas new floorplans i found were released around November — that’s when we discussed them here initially. One other new floorplan was discussed in July. I’m not sure there is a pattern.
You’re probably right on 25.3. There are quite a few 2019 listed for sale already, but I couldn’t find a single 2019 Axis 25.3. It appears to me that the newer 25.6, which seems similar but with longer slide, is probably replacing the 25.3. Or perhaps the larger 27.7 floorplan which is also similar.
