The instruction say that there should be 1 inch on both sides. there is only about 1/2 inch and the top has none. the bottom is blocked also. when I put the hole in the pantry the temp in it runs in the 90's now. I have warranty on the RV but would need to remove windshield to replace the refrigerator if it failed.
