I would not let CW pick stones from my tire treads. You don't have to take it to them. Thor will authorize a repair at other facilities.
On the shades, tighten the strings. On the condition of delivery, pretty normal. The dealer is the final assembly point.
On a more serious side, I have been through just about every system in the 29fe so if you have questions ask away, just don't ask how long your propane, water, battery will last.
