Again, why not trade down to a TT or small fiver? The reason I suggested it in the first place was because you should still have some value in your 2015 MH. If you get into something a little smaller/cheaper it will smooth your towing experience out some plus it may make it easier on her after you are gone.

Just trying to help you find a solution. The roads ain't going to change in California and you can spend anywhere from $2,000 to $6,000 on suspension mods and you will still have an overloaded rough riding bread truck.
