I bought a 17" Blackstone a couple years ago and it is great whether I use it at home or on the road. Fact be known I've just about quit using the house stove to cook any meats, etc. Lots of times I'll put a pot on the grill too.
I got mine set up on the upper deck of my home with a 30 pound propane tank but for camping I use a 5 pound tank. Latter negates having to buy/stow/refill numerous one pound bottles and with a "gas gauge" I have more peace of mind about how much is left in the tank. I have a one pounder for a lantern and it doubles as a grill backup JIC.
Like most all good cooks I use a couple of squeeze bottles for the various oils we cook with. I have a 10" lid I use to "speed up" cooking times and melt cheese on burgers.
