I tried the bypass sequence which is listed on the box of pressing 6 times and holding the 7th, both a red and green light flash and supposedly you can pull or put the slide out. That was of no use and did not work. Lippert told me I could jumper 12 v to the pin at the bottom depending on what you want Ret or EXT and run the slide. I had disconnected those wires in anticipation of doing that but had reattached them and tried the slide and it worked . I took it by a service center and they thought maybe disconnecting the wires reset the box. I don't know but it hasn't done it again yet.
After getting slide in the jacks wouldn't go down, will be interesting to see if you get the same sequence.
PS: the controller never gave me any error lights either.

When my slide stuck, Thor informed me that when trying the bypass function that after you hold the button the seventh time you only have approx. 45 seconds to hit the retract button to bring the slide in. They told me that the bypass function will not work to extend the slide. Again, that is what Thor told me when they were trying to get my slide back in and avoid having to pay for mobile service. It didn't work because the motor was unplugged.
