The 4wd Dakota shows up on the 2005 Dinghy Towing Guide as towable.

Dolly vs. flat tow has been well discussed here and on other RV forums. For some of us, the extra expense of flat towing is worth the expense. For many others, they like the ability to change toads.

Our travels involve a lot of hooking and unhooking our toad, and we intend to keep our car for a long time. Both are reasons to tow four down. But that's our reality, your results will vary.
